Rivhost Ng provides web hosting services including:
- Shared hosting plans (Nano and Pro)

- Technical support and maintenance
- SSL certificates and security features
Payment Terms
- All hosting plans are billed monthly in advance
- Payments are due on the billing date specified in your account
- Late payments may result in service suspension
- Refunds are available within 30 days of initial purchase
- All prices are in Nigerian Naira (₦)
Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use our services for:
- Illegal activities or content
- Spam, phishing, or malicious software
- Copyright infringement
- Resource abuse or excessive server load
- Adult content or gambling sites
Service Level Agreement
- 99.9% uptime guarantee for all hosting plans
- 24/7 technical support via email and chat
- Regular backups performed daily
- Maintenance windows scheduled during low-traffic periods
Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may cancel your account at any time with 30 days notice.
Limitation of Liability
Rivhost Ng's liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
